- installed BEB_M3 multi_language on a native PC
- unopkg.bin crashes with C++ runtime exception
- some spellcheking isn't installed after these crashes
- not reproducible on our VMWare images

This issue is at least a duplicate to issue 88671. By adding the related runtime
to SO3 and install it systemwide it is fixed in general.
