Description jpph 2008-06-16 21:46:51 UTC
When exporting to pdf forms, if the color border is set to default, flat "text
field" become 3D "text field" in the resulting PDF.
You have to set the color to a specific color or to black to have a good solid
flat input border.
Correction : the "default color" should generate a flat text field.
(I am using open office 2.4.0 French)
Thanks!!!!

I can see the problem in your pdf file but I cannot reproduce it. Having a look
into the odg file the last box has the same settings as all the others. In my
2.4 it looks fine. Hm....

Didn't noticed, but yes you are right, when you save the odg and reopen it, all
flat fill-in with default border color become black color!
you can test it by just putting a fill-in, set it to "flat" & default border
color, save and reopen : you will see that the border color has become "black".
Comment 7 jpph 2008-06-17 14:00:59 UTC
btw, I am using OOo french, the propertie in my OOo is caleed :
Couleur de bordure : "par défaut"

which means : Border color : "default"

Could be a translation issue ? or somewhere in the source code you are testing
the word "default" ?

Ah, now I have it, you are right. thanks to jpph: inserting a new control text
field with settings "Flat" and "standard" really brings the wrong, 3d-shaped
result. Saving and reopening brings the textbox with settings Flat and black.
I had a look into OOo 2.0: the default-colored textbox had a black frame already
before saving the doc there.

This issue is closed automatically and wasn't rechecked in a current version of
OOo. The fixed issue should be integrated in OOo since more than half a year. If
you think this issue isn't fixed in a current version (OOo 3.1), please reopen
it and change the field 'Target Milestone' accordingly.
