Description Unknown 2002-11-07 19:14:51 UTC
When I try to open thye attache MS Word document, several mathematica formula
is displayed as a curious logo with the text SvOutPlaceObject under it (for example, formlula (6) and formula (14). WHen I try to print the document, even more formula (in act most) are displyed like this.

This document is sent to me by someone who work with Word and it annoys me that I can't read it.

TL->CMC: can you have a look at this?

Also if you try to load this document in srx644M the program crashes.
Comment 5 michael.ruess 2002-11-22 10:09:02 UTC
In 644n I do not have a crash.
But I think the OLE-issue should be fixed for the next version.
Comment 6 caolanm 2002-12-13 09:45:53 UTC
It turns out to be the same ole2 caching bug as issue 9716.

As a workaround you can...
Change tools->options->staroffice->memory->"cache for inserted objects"
from 20 to 30 and you will be able to see the missing objects.
