Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 90454
Fonts used in Online Help
Last modified: 2017-05-20 11:33:10 UTC
fpe asked me to provide changes for Czech CSS files for online help and because I remember there were issues with them I promised to provide them. But today, I compared to-be-2.4.1 and DEV300_m17 help rendering. They both have the same CSS files. to-be-2.4.1 shows help completely OK on Mac OS X/Intel (see attached image #3). DEV300_m17 on the other hand doesn't show some letters with diacritical marks (see the word Nápověda in the header line of the help page on image #1). When I select the header line, the letter 'ě' is shown (image #2). CSS files are the same though...

X11 or aqua?
aqua only. Both aqua.
what are the CSS changes?
Both builds use the same CSS files. No differences between them. I thought we have to do some changes now to get correct fonts, but the CSS files are the same as they were in to-be-2.4.1, so no changes in them are needed.
This looks like some kind of glyph fallback to me. Does it still happen ?
