Font size of fields of the document are changed, when imported from MS Word. To
changed this I have switch design mode on and press right mouse button on field
and  select Control ->Character set -> Font. 

Ex. In field, named organizacija font size shoud be 12, but in openoffice font
size of this field is 8.

stase, please attach the document here, so that we are possible to
reproduce the issue here (and possibly fix it). the screenshot will
not be enough because this function generally works. There must be a
special problem with your document.
You can also send the file directly to my account (mru@openoffice.org)
for the case it contains confidential data. We will handle it
carefully here and delete it after this.

Ah, now I see the problem.
This is the same problem as in issue #3029. 
Will be improved for OpenOffice build 644.
