If connection to ODBC is selected in the DB-Wizard, steps 4 and 5 of the wizard
have no text.

To reproduce:
- start OOo
- create a new database
- select "connect to an existing database"
- select "ODBC"

-> steps 4 and 5 (in the left pane) have no text (just show 3 and 4 instead)

I can also confirm it with DEV300_m12

You can't see it every time. It depends on the order you choose "Neue Datenbank
erstellen" and "Verbindung zu eineer bestehenden Datenbank erstellen" and choose
the Connection.
