I enter dates in German short form DD-MM (Day-Month).
At least for the interval 1-4 up to 27-10 the entered value gets substracted by
1 day.

Sample                  : June 1st 
I enter                 : 1-6
Calc stores in the cell : 31.05.02

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
