How to reproduce:
1. Open Impress
2. Set the background color of the slide to black
3. Insert some text
4. Deslect text frame

Results:
You cannot see the edit frame of the text unless you find it by searching with
the mouse pointer and see where the cursor changes

Expected results:
Change the edit frame color according to the background color, so it is visible
with every background color
