When attempting to setup a database connection to mysql, when either clicking on 'test connection' or 
clicking on tables, the application closes (crashes). This happens when trying to connect with the mysql 
connection or with the ODBC connection.

As an aside this works in Neo Office.

Problem with iodbc. Please look at the origin issue for more details.
