When interacting with the lower of the two toolbars with the VoiceOver cursor the cursor will jump out of 
the toolbar and back into the document window as you attempt to move across the toolbar.

Sum up:
- VoiceOver ON
- press F6 2 times to reach the "Styles and Formattings" icon in the Format toolbar.
- press Ctrl+Alt+Right to reach the "Apply Styles" combo box.
- press Ctrl+Alt+Right again
-> instead of reaching the "Font name" combo box, the focus is set in the window
pane (including rulers and scrollbars)

I test this Issue in version m28
(OOo-Dev_DEV300_m28_MacOSXIntel_AQUA_install_en-US.dmg) on MAC OS X 10.5.4.

I don't must put CTRL+Alt+right for go to the next thing in the activ Toolbar. I
can use only right for this. I can go to all things of all toolbars.

This Issue can therefore are closed.
