When a document with a picture or a table with a caption for each is exported
into tagged PDF, the caption uses the style 'Illustration' (picture) or 'Table'
(table), instead of caption.

This is caused by the fact that tables as well as pictures are anchored to a
paragraph (per default) and this paragraph has no idea that it is a caption.
