The main page for tracking queries is incredibly complex and intimidating to a
new user trying to find out about OOo problems.  I counted around 20 different
fields that people can specify.  This is _entirely_ too much for the opening
page.  The page should instead offer a single search box, a la google, with a
link to an "advanced search" page where all of the fields that are currently
present could live.  This will improve people's experience in searching for, and
ultimately reporting, OOo bugs.
