Description issues@www 2001-05-10 21:59:03 UTC
I'm guessing your using the "Bugzilla" stuff from mozilla. Gee, it's looks like
it.

Very nice. I like the 'simplicity' of your interface. Have submitted a few bug
reports to mozilla & sometimes get lost in their options on their interface of
bugzilla.

Give this a 9 out of 10 stars. High points are, Ease of use & simplicity of
creating a new account.

Downside, can't change email address. Need to cancel & then create again to use
a different email address. But better than trying to remember a username! lol.
Just have to try and remember the password.

Thanks for the positive feedback
(which I will forward on to our product development organizations).

Yes, IssueZilla is actually CollabNet's enhancement of BugZilla
(please refer to: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/).

Understood that accomodating multiple email addrresses is a challenge,
but based upon a necessary use model for managing unambiguous identities
while simply managing knowledge with an accurate history.

BTW ...
AFAIK, one can create a second account
(perhaps using the email account name prefix)
with a second email address,
but the same password.

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
issues. Please see this posting for details. First step in IssueZilla is
unfortunately to set them to verified.
