The numeric keypad's dot key shoud map to regional setting's dec sep. In M$ 
Excel this feat is set by default.

This is taken from your operating system's settings. But nevertheless
i'll change this to a RFE...

Hi !
I would like to note that it is a very important and practical 
feature to all users from countries that uses "," as decimal 
separator. All keybords layouts have "." in the numeric keypad and 
SOs doesn't map it to regional setting's defined decimal separator. 
So it's up to the application to do that.
