Description lohner 2008-03-10 11:55:09 UTC
To reproduce:

- create a spreadsheet and add some addresses to it
- create a writer doc for mailmerge
- run the wizard and connect the ods file, match the fields (some were still in
the 'not yet matched state')
- copy data into the spreadsheet with the MM Wizard still open - result: freeze
and crash.

Im my case, I had an Address List in Excel that I copied over (ctrl-a ctrl-c in
Excel, ctrl-a ctrl-v in OOo).

After recovery, the same copy process (this time with the MM Wizard closed)
still caused the crash.

More Strangeness:
- recovery opens two copies of the spreadsheet and one copy of the writer doc.
- closing the writer doc and one spreadsheet and copying still causes the crash

Forgot to mention: Win XP SP2, and the paste amount was around 250 Lines by 20

Something else: it says to click 'next' to start the error reporting tool, but
that never shows up, just the three windows (the ods file twice (one with
filename, one untitled, I think(just closed it), the odt once).

Funnily enough, that behavior happened three times, the fourth time the error
report tool popped up, then only one ods and one odt opened.

Update:

Opening a new calc from scratch, and then ctrl-a ctrl-c in excel and ctrl-a
ctrl-v in calc causes the crash, so nothing to do with mailmerge.

Please change the title to something more relevant...

Checked with RC4, still there.
