Reproduction (use a UNIX (like) system for this:

- Install the office as root 
- Start the office as user (to prevent unopkg from writing files with root
rights into the userlayer)
- Close the office
- Start an extension manager GUI as root
- Start another instance as normal user

Unopkg fails with following exception

ERROR: [context="shared"] caught unexpected exception!

unopkg failed.
