In the IDL for the FrameControl

http://api.openoffice.org/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/frame/FrameControl.html

there is missing the documentation of the property "LoaderArguments", a very
important one as it passes the argument to load the component indicated in
"ComponentUrl".


Besides, it should be stated in the IDL reference that this control is not to be
instantiated at the UnoControlDialogModel's XMultiServiceFactory, but at the
global service manager.
