I have never seen this with OOo !

In a Writer document, some operations take a really long time, e.g.:
 - 5 min to change the style of a bullet point list
 - 30 min to delete the text of 2/3 of the document ...

I don't know whether the problem is OOo or in my document: I use OOo 2.3.1 with
an ODT document which was a DOC document where people with MS Word and OOo have
been working on !
The document contains also many pictures (screen shots).

I will not post the document here as it is confidential, but I am willing to
post it to some developers (as long as we agreee on confientiality).

I hope there will be an easy solution to this problem.

I have noticed that if I convert the document to WinWord and open the .doc
document I don't have all these problems !
I don't have the style MesPoints any more but I can move my chaters around
(copy/paste or using the navigator), without waiting for hours (literraly) for
the prompt.

First investigation reveals that several numbering/bullet list styles have
consecutive numbering, which cause the performance problems.

Further investigation needed.

Yep, is the same problem as issue 74748. Will be fixed in OO 3.0 (maybe beta 2).
