Due to a side effect of fix for issue 71108 the non-blocking load of linked
graphics in Writer, introduced by issue 73788, is broken.
Loading of ODF text documents with linked graphics blocks, when a linked graphic
is painted to the screen. 
Note: Loading of HTML document with linked graphics does not block, when a
linked graphic is painted.
