1.create a new Impress.
2.Input som text(like the attching file).select the text file.
3.slide show->custom animation,click "add",and select the Emphasis option tab,
select the "change font size",click "OK".
4.press F5
5.File->save. save the impress.
6.Open the impress,press F5.
actual result
Step4 we can find the "change font size" is work correctly.
But step 6,The "change font size" is lost.In the right task pane,the "font 
size" become gray.

Set to new and change the target.

I cab reproduce the bug in src680m243.
The bug occures only if there is 0% in the text size field of the effect options.
Please have a look
