The Word document that I will attach opens perfectly in Word but OpenOffice
seems to hang when importing it.

Also confirming with 2.2.0 on Linux and OOH680 m4 on Windows.

A lot of keeping tables on the stack: SwTabFrm::MakeAll(..) and
lcl_FormatNextCnttnForKeep(..)

Set target OOo3.x
