Chinese Quotation Mark (“)and (”) and(‘) and(’) can't convert to half-width 
characters, IF FOLLOWED BY CHINESE PUNCTUATION (、)OR(。) OR NO CHARACTER IN 
FRONT OF THEM.

I'll attach a sample document.

It seems can't display Chinese double quotes and single quotes in this web 
page. I'll attach a picture to show you.

Doesn't work after Chinese characters. This maybe work as designed? But I think 
it better works.

All the "Followed by" in the description and pictures Should be "Lead by".

Hello redflagzhulihua, *,
would you be so kind to test it with a newer version of OOo than 680m241,
please? I have downloaded your testfile on my system (Germanophone version of
OOO330m4 under Debian SID/Experimental AMD64), but I see only circles, commas, a
question mark and the like, but no Chinese characters to test it myself ... :(
If this issue is fixed in the meantime, it would be nice, if you could close
this issue ... ;)
