Hello,

when I try to save this document as a .doc file, the footer spacing is modified
from 3.00cm to 5.32cm with OOo 1.0.1 on NT. If I choose 4.00cm, it becomes
6.32cm. The difference is always 2.32cm.

I've tried with OOo643 Linux, same behaviour, except the difference is 2.41cm.

Yes a truly annoying problem, but finally resolved with the
introduction of a new feature, should be available in a new OOo
release soon. See issue 3808

As mentioned on the qa dev list on March 5th I will close all resolved duplicate
