If I select an Area and select the 'Freeze' Funtion under the Windomenue, Calc
doesn't offers me to save the document. Only if I change something else on the
Sheet.

In OOO300_m3 On WinXP，the issue still exists.
Reproduce Steps:
1.Open a saved Ods file or create a new one;
2.select any cell (except A1) or cells,Window-Freeze or Split.
the result: both Save and Undo button on the Standard tool bar are still gray.

same root cause. View settings doesn't trigger changed flag
