telling why save as version isn't available:

If you don't know why save as version don't work. It is very annoying.
Instead of being not accessible. 

- When it's greyed out in the drop-down menu. Let a note that comes when mouse
over say that their first have to exist a file to make a version of it. 

- Or make the versions menu still accesible butgrey out everything in the
version panel. And place the text about why it's all greyed out where normally
info about versions comes.
