The file uploaded to http://www.callingid.com/demo/BadOpenOffice.doc was 
generated by worrd and in OpenOffice it is corrupted

MRU->OD: have a look on page 4 of the document - there should be Chapters 1 to
3. It looks that Section4 has been moved somewhere between page 3 and 4.
Removing this section will correct the view of the doc. Also on Undo it would
remain fine.

Investigation reveals, that not the complete section is somehow "invisible" - it
is only a part of it. Somehow the page break inside the section causes trouble.
Further investigations needed.
