Open an impress document, Format-slide design, and then click the Load button, 
then click the More button in the Load Slide Design  dialog box.
 
If we choose a template of the Templates list, we find that the Description 
include Title, Subject, Key words and Description are blank. it is confusing 
that it looks as if you can edit the content of the fields. But we can't type 
any words in that text box too.
