Open a new writer and insert a table. Right click into a cell and call Number
format.... Select category "user defined" and something into the format code
line. Click the green check mark. clicking on the command button opens a text
box to insert an additional comment.
Clicking into the writer window in the back takes away the focus and the comment
line closes itself. When the focus is set back to new number formatter dialog
the comment line does not open again. After setting back the focus into the
number formatter dialog the add dialog button needs two clicks to open the text
line again.

Target changed to 2.4 because this issue is not UI-relevant and it hinders
automation in different applications.
