There is at least one issue (issue 81658) which is targeted for 2.4, needs
translated strings, is no feature or enhancement (in the sense as relevant for
any release notes, or something like this), but will not completely make it 'til
the translation freeze for 2.4.

To nonetheless have those strings translated, we will commit them to a CWS which
*only* contains new strings (no change to existing strings or even
functionality!), and which will be integrated right in time for the translation
freeze.

This one is a accumulation of the other issue in this cws. So as the others are
already in it I set this one to duplicate and close it.
