MS Word form elements from Word are imported as graphics. It is possible to
import them as OO form elements? Furthermore enhancing form elements so that
Hidden fields are possible conform Word would be nice.

What is possible to import as a form control is supposed to already be
converted during import, can you attach an example of your element
that is being imported as a graphic instead.

So far as I can see, i 644_m11, the form fields are imported as forms. 
The side of the page has some hideously squashed up text, but that's 
another issue

This task is fixed or worked in OOo 1.1 beta2.
