tested on OO 2.2.1 linux and 2.3. win

-stretch some lines to make the next step possible
-insert some little images in the 1st cell of the lines (anchor at cell)
-(important, w/o adjusting everything looks good!) adjust the position of these
images (via mouse or keyboard)
-insert some lines before this
Effect: the position of the images goes more wrong with every inserted line

confirmed using OOo 2.3 on Linux

- open a calc sheet
- insert an image (or drawing element) at line 10
- make sure, image is achored to cell
- adjust the image position, so that (visibily) starts at the cell's top line 
- resize lines 1 to 8 (make them higher)

-> image will be moved down, relative to line 10
