Update Mozilla 1.0 runtime components

The original bug/patch to update to mozilla 1.0 components was at: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=5361 There was also another patch needed for mozilla runtime components at: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=6391 Since then we have logged a bug against the existing mozilla patch supplied as part of Issue #5361 : http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=7670. Thus this bug is an attempt to consolidate and provide a location for a single patch for mozilla 1.0 plus correct any bugs in the existing components that are shipped as part of OOo 1.0.1. In addition a new bug has been logged against mozilla which we feel would be worth including: http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=168226 To recap: The original #5361 patch included the following mozilla bugs which did not make it into the mozilla 1.0 branch. All but one of these is now in the mozilla tree. http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111968 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=118119 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124859 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=135414 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=126749 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=139786 http://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=146411 The patch also included a fix to mozilla which is not a bug in mozilla as such: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=6883 Since then we have made a change to the SDBC driver which makes the fix for bug #124859 redundant. Also, we have discovered that there is a performance deficit associated with using the patch for #126749 as well as the fact that this patch also has an error and we have since modified the patch for #146411.
