Brazilian Portuguese: Files for translation update of 2.4. Attached is a .zip archive containing .sdf files to be translated. Information, instructions and important dates are listed on this wiki: http://wiki.services.openoffice.org/wiki/Translation_for_2.4 The delivery date for this round is October 29th at noon CEST. In case of any problem or question, please leave a comment here in the issue.

Hi Petr The HC sdf files sent in the issue have the pt-BR strings completely empty. But the HC of OO 2.3 have these strings already translated. So it looks like we are reworking the same strings. Can we get the sdf files of the HC with the existing (2.3) pt-BR strings? That will spare us precious time and effort. Thanks Olivier
Hi Olivier, to me it seems that the sdf file you received is corrupted since an sdf file could not have empty strings. I attach again the sdf file for the HC.

Thanks for the quick response, I just sent the files to Frank who will import them into the database. Not setting this issue as fixed yet, as there will be another translation handoff...

Hi gsicheck throws errors on the sdf files supplied just above - 2nd handoff - (See the following attachments for a screen dump). Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the supplied sdf files should be gsicheck-proof before we transform it in another format.

appearance UI error messages is fixed in m238. about help, you have to check xml tags in translation?
because the files to translate contain both new strings to translate as well as strings which need to be updated (when for example the the English source has changed) the tags in the source cannot match the tags in the target language. The gsicheck should run on final translated files not before translation. It's during transaltion that tags will be updated according to the source.
Some strings (about 30 words) were not exported and are not in the files prepared for the second handoff. Attaching them now. Please translate them as well. Sorry for this confusion... Thanks, Petr
