When browsing the file menu, tool menu etc. and switching from one to another, 
I notice that the applications go INACTIVE when I select the menu and it is 
displayed. Then when I exit the menu OOo goes active again. The titlebar goes 
active-inactive-active-inactive-active-inactive, changing color as it happens.

I have never seen any apps on Windows behave like this, it is hardly a 
technically acceptable solution, and iven it is was it is very disturbing to 
the eye to see the flashing titlebar.

Also, the menus are drawn not too fast, and as it seems as a separate app that 
takes fokus when you browse them?

Great with the improved user-interface though! But the implementation of the 
menus is bad!

not an API issue

Sajer, because it happens very frequently that the api project is used
for issues which are clearly NOT API issues, I'd like to investigate
on this problem.  What made you think that this is an API issue?

It was just my best guess, nothing else. It is not easy for non-
programmers to assign these issues 1005 correct. However, I think 
this issue has been fixed in release 643c.

Not reproducible in a 644 build anymore. As the reporter already
mentioned, this wasn´t reproducible in a 643c too. Therefore this
issue is closed as worksforme !

details. First step in IssueZilla is unfortunately to set them to verified.
