Select an extension (*.oxt file) in the extension manager and open this knot.
You can see further files (dll, xcu etc.). These files are not of the users
interest. Please remove them so that they don't get visible any more.

jl->bh: This is obsolete in 3.0 because of the GUI redesign, right?

As for the user interface, yes, because they will not become visible. But can we
be certain, that those files, if not removed, will not present a possible
performance problem (even if not a big one)or can cause other trouble?
