This is for 2.3.0RC2!

Mirrors listed on <http://distribution.openoffice.org/mirrors/#extmirrors> do
not have the same contents. I checked various mirrors, result (No. of files)
pls. see in attached "contentsall.ods"

It seems that most mirrors only need rather long time for sync., I will watch
and comment the result in 48 hours.

Now most mirrors are complete, but <http://openoffice.mirror.infinitaus.com/>
still without any contents and
<ftp://openofficeorg.secsup.org/pub/software/openoffice/extended>,
<http://openofficeorg.secsup.org/extended/> with empty 2.3.0RC2 folders

Most mirrors got complete contents after 48h, only some few still are without
any contents after 3 days. I filed a new issue 81424 for this problem.
