When I like to scan an image, and i do ti from the option of the program, the
system call to the software of the scanner. All it go well, but when the program
send the image to the open draw, this crash and close. The scanner is a HP 2200
c and the soft is HPprecisionscan ltx.

I´m running on windows xp when it crash, and the o.s. is updated frequently. the
open office's version is 1.0.1.

This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next version.
Please reopen the issue when still occures in the next versin.

Looks like this one wasn't fixed after all. THere are loads of
different pending issues with scanning into Writer causing OOo to
hang, on both Linux and Windows, with different scanners that work
normally in other apps.

The behaviour is still prevalent, at least on Linux, in RC1 and RC4.
THis needs IMHO to be fixed before OOo goes GA, since it is one major
bug. 

Reopening, setting oooqa taq.

Can somebody test this with other scanner please. 
If it is same problem we need to fix this. 

and Christian, please reopen this,  please also change the version to
the latest version you try this. so it will not closed because people
think it is too old version . and if possible change the target to max
1.1.1
