1. Open OOo Base file
2. mouse right click form icon in 'Forms' pane
3. select 'Edit'
4. resize any form
5. close window, then Base crash and restart to recover the base file.

could reproduce this in m222, but not in OOGm1
(http://download.openoffice.org/680/index.html), which is the current developer
snapshot towards 2.3. I strongly suppose this is a duplicate of issue 79962,
which was fixed in m225 and OOGm1.
