Apache OpenOffice (AOO) Bugzilla – Issue 80485
MAC: ctrl instead of alt to move cursor word by word
Last modified: 2008-07-29 12:30:35 UTC
On MacOS X, to move the cursor word by word instead of letter by letter, you should press alt+arrow (left or right). On OOo, it's ctrl+arrow (left or right). This shortcut should be replaced for the aqua version by alt.
adding keyword
That issue is imho fixed with m231 + aquavcl03 We'll verify for true once aquavcl0" will be integrated
ooops, sorry, I read to fast: this issue is not fixed yet :/
pl->cd: we'll need framework support for that since this is functionality configured by Tools->Customize->Keyboard. We'll need system dependent configuration for that and configurable shortcuts with Alt.
cd->as: Please take over. We want to rework the accelerator configuration to use the OpenOffice.org configuration for loading/storing. To fulfill this new request we have to add "system dependency" as a new argument. To minimize the possible huge increase of accelerators (many languages and several systems) , you have to think about a new and flexible structure to store these data.
Hint: This task depends from the new design of the keyboard configuration dialog. Because current dialog does not support using of ALT as possible shortcut.
Philipp, please check whether your enhancement for new key codes has fixed that.
we're missing the selectors moveWordRight and moveWordLeft yet (only moveWordForward and moveWordBackward are yet supported). will fix in CWS aquavcl08 after resync to master containing aquavcl07 (which added the new keycodes)
fixed in CWS aquavcl08
please verify in CWS aquavcl08
Verifed with cws aquavcl08 = ok
