due to some obsolete defines in the makefiles of some svx source directries, pch
are disabled in these directories. removing those defines reveals that several
files do not compile with pch. mostly ambiguities and questionable code...

ditto the same ambiguities in svtools, mainly rtl::Reference and css::uno::Reference

Some files in svtools also missed the pch include

TL->TM: Well if you hot an installation set it seems to be fixed. In any case it
is nothing that you can verify. Based on the first sentence I will set this one
to verified.
