The implementation of FileSystemStorage should check that the access rights of
the referred folder are the same as the rights requested during storage opening.

Moreover it would be nice to be able to do a kind of lock on the folder to avoid
it's removing as well as changing of the access rights, unfortunately the
locking of the access rights does not seem to be possible.
