Removed issue 78851 from depndecies as Vista File Dialog is planned be
integrated in 3.0.

That GUI option is still visible in DEV300_m86, opposing the specification in 
http://specs.openoffice.org/appwide/fileIO/File_Open_and_Save_Dialogs.odt

Am I missing something?
Help for this removed option got removed in issue 82752

Frank, the check box still exists in OOO330. Has this been canceled from UX, or
has it simply been "left over"?
