0. open a new database
1. create a table with any fields - !no content!
2. open the report designer and bind it to the table
3. open the add field container and d&d any field into the page headder
4. execute the report

-> warning: an error occured while creating the report

clu: works fine in detail area (report is created)

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this is no show stopper for the first
release, and no "should be fixed if possible at all". targeting to "not
determined" for the moment.

In rpt23fix02 it works like expected. An empty report will be created.

works fine in rpt23fix02 - seems to be fixed in between
