At least on unxlngi6, the libstdc++.so.6 included in OOo program directory
depends on libgcc_s.so.1 (also included in OOo program directory) but lacks
RPATH=$ORIGIN.  This has probably not been found as an issue so far because (1)
the OOo start scripts for now include the OOo program directory in
LD_LIBRARY_PATH, (2) most Linux machines will have libgcc_s.so.1 installed in
the system, (3) the loader potentially already has resolved libgcc_s.so.1
through some other lib (with proper RPATH) once it loads libstdc++.so.6.
