The following properties, which appear in the property browser for various
objects, are useless, since they refer to columnar reports, which we do not
support currently:
- Keep group together
- New Row or Column

They should be removed.

This is a new implementation in CWS oj14. Adding keyword "new_implementation".

The Report Designer iTeam decided that this issue is a show stopper for the
release of the report designer. Targeting to 2.3, thus.
