Brazilian Portuguese: Files for translation update of 2.3 Attached is a .zip archive containing a Calc .sdf file to be translated. Some useful information: The .sdf file can be converted to .po files using the oo2po tool and converted back to .sdf format using the po2oo tool from the Translate Toolkit package: http://translate.sourceforge.net/ Documentation with examples for conversion and backconversion is here: http://translate.sourceforge.net/wiki/toolkit/oo2po Once converted the .po files back to .sdf format, don't forget to run gsicheck on the newly created .sdf file to make sure that it is not corrupted: http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/gsicheck/ Finally, please attach the new .sdf file (zipped, if possible) back to this issue and assign the issue back to petr_dudacek. Attaching files for the 2nd round of translation of 2.3. Some important notes: The deadline for submitting translated files back is July 26 at noon CEST (10:00 UTC). A new version of gsicheck is available at http://ooo.services.openoffice.org/gsicheck/ - please use this version for checking the translated sdf files before attaching them back to this issue. Is par_id6797082 right? It differs from en-US.sdf from Pavel: ftp://ftp.linux.cz/pub/localization/OpenOffice.org/devel/680/SRC680_m222/Build-1/GSI/
The helpcontent sdf contains some duplicate entries: as: par_id7857905, par_idN1069C... Sorry for don't noticing this earlier, but these issues give us some troubles while converting back to sdf.

BTW: " helpcontent2 source\text\shared\01\online_update.xhp 0 help par_id6797082 0 en-US Your can check for updates manually and automatically. 2007-07-12 12:10:00.0 " "Your can check"... and "some" duplicate entries means, a lot of them. We would like a sdf without these errors for checking the translation. Unhappily, it would means we need it today.

If there are some troubles with the backconversion of the helpcontent, can you maybe attach the set of translated po-files instead of the final sdf file?
Petr, at least on two places there are tags missing. On these places, it looks like the content is missing, as the "Your can check for updates". The text may be incomplete on other places. It would be nice to have the sdf, but if we can't, yes, we can upload the po files.

Uploading the po files as of Petr suggestion, because we were not able to convert the files back due the duplicate entries on the sdf file.
Only a minor subset of the strings is translated, most of them are in English. Please check that you attached the correct set of po-files. Thanks, Petr
Indeed, the files attached above have issues. I did the bulk translation and I sent to asrail for checking. May be some glitch happened in between. I am appending here the po files for the helpcontent as I worked. I was not aware nor could imagine of existing issues on the original sdf files of the round 2. I garantee that they were downloaded from this issue. For the records, here is my config: Mandriva 2007.1 Spring with python-translate-0.10.1-1mdv2007.1 kdesdk-kbabel-3.5.6-3mdv2007.1
