It seems that having initially had access, this IP address no longer
does so:

Rejected by server: Access denied
Will retry at 08:47:04
Retrying
Connected to openoffice.org
Rejected by server: Access denied
Will retry at 09:11:40
Retrying
Connected to openoffice.org
Rejected by server: Access denied
Will retry at 10:36:01

etc. if only bugzilla would let me re-open this bug ...

The ip range was added to the inst and rolled out. This ip should have
access now. Please test and confirm. Thank you
