Notification messages for new issues have message-ids without an @
These ids are invalid.

Did notice the similar problem in a test issue which was created for reproducing
. Working with the engineers on the actual reason for this problem .

This issue was due to a code change were the format was
iz$issue_id.$project.$domain instead of iz$issue_id@$project.$domain . This
format has been rectified/fixed in the upcoming patch release .

This issue has been fixed via the application of the patch 2 .
