When double clicking on a cell which has a formula - to highlight the locations
of the fields ( elements ) that make up the formula - the mouse thumb wheel is
locked out thus preventing scrolling by the thumb wheel .

Confirmed this behaviour in OOo 2.2 in Windows XP.

Hi Kim,
I never saw this as a problem, but I think you are right.
If the wheel doesn't block that might help to find out easier any cell to
replace any contents of the formula.

Providing there is a formula and providing that the cell has been selected by
double clicking - locks every single time .
