i got .rtf file to review. at the begining of the file is the table of contents.
after every saving of the file every item in TOC gets doubled.
i extracted small version of the file, see attachment.

I confirm this error in OOo 2.2 in Windows XP.
TOC increases each time we save the file. 
Must be fixed.

Hi,
I can confirm the behaviour.
However, if I add a 'TOC-item ' by inserting a hyperlink to a bookmark (that is
how the TOC in the doc is build), that new iserted item does not get doubled.
Can you pls check?
